Danny Woodhead
CO-CEO
Danny Woodhead is a former NFL running back. He was signed by the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent and also played for the New England Patriots, San Diego Chargers and Baltimore Ravens.
Woodhead set several NCAA college football rushing records, including the single season rushing and all-time rushing records.
He won the Harlon Hill Trophy, awarded to the best player in NCAA Division II, making him the third player to win the trophy twice in its.
In 2007 Woodhead became the NCAA all-time, all-division leading rusher that year.
With the Patriots, Woodhead made his Super Bowl appearance in 2011. He finished the game with four catches and a touchdown.
He is a sought-after speaker, consultant and mentor.

Paul Lanphier

Paul could build relationships and get to know people 24 hours a day and not get bored.
He considers himself a “Career Mut” – having been involved with many different industries. He loves saying “yes” to adventure and opportunities to walk alongside others.
His “secret sauce” is going into organizations and accelerating growth.
Paul has experienced several unintentional organizational turnarounds as an owner, investor, CEO and COO and knows these were invaluable opportunities to grown professionally.
He believes perseverance, grit, and a servant’s heart are the key qualities that set great leaders apart. These skills can only be learned in the trenches of life, and Paul loves to come alongside leaders during challenging seasons to help them grow and thrive.

Aaron Flaugh
CFO
Aaron Flaugh is a CPA and licensed real estate professional.
His degrees in accounting and finance, along with his experience in buying and managing a portfolio of single family homes, led him to a 12 year career as the CFO of a regional real estate brokerage and property management company.
During his tenure there, he oversaw the accounting and tax work of over 200 legal entities. He most enjoyed helping form numerous real estate partnerships, which developed and/or acquired several hundred apartment units.
In the past 5 years, Aaron has worked to acquire or start several businesses with the Arise team. He is always looking for driven people who are ready to start a new chapter of their career and operate a business!
